In 1987 as a sophomore in high school, I made a decision to pursue financial independence. There have been times in which my expenses exceeded my monthly cash flow. My total debt has been over $4,000,000. I have lost over a quarter of a million dollars in one year. I have seen my credit score drop from 720 to below 600 in less than 45 days. Life happens, so when you find yourself on uneven ground, you gotta accept responsibility, assume a defensive position while stabilizing, keep your head up, and persevere. My informal education is in the areas of personal growth, real estate, entrepreneurship, and information marketing.
